Kae Batiquin manages and designs for the Holistic Coalition PH, a creative social enterprise and hub by Filipino designers and established furniture manufacturer-exporters. HoliCOW PH works with MsMEs from all over the Visayas, and partners with established designers to create programmes that focus on collaboration and symbiotic creation. Their design and production process, dubbed the Kalibutan Mindset, won the first Good Design Philippines Award for Systems Design in 2019.  

Kae has worked with Debbie Palao and Design Ventures—a Good Design Award Japan awardee—as a junior furniture designer and communications manager, and was a fellow of British Council Philippines Creative Innovators Programme, a consultant for the materials and research creative hub MATIC, and works closely with Creative City Cebu.
